Our History
Amante is a Boulder based coffee company that is committed to bringing a wonderful piece of the “Old World” to the front range of Colorado and the rest of the United States. Rather than focus on the latest and greatest in trends, Amante solely uses coffee beans from a third-generation coffee roaster in Northern Italy. The recipes used by our roaster have been in his family for over half a century.
Our Coffee
Amante coffee is some of the finest coffee you will find anywhere. We can make this claim because all of our beans are custom-roasted in Bra, Italy by the Ghigo family in a classic Northern Italian tradition. From generation to generation, the Ghigo’s have handed down the secrets of selecting, roasting and blending the world’s finest coffee beans. Already served at over a thousand top cafés and restaurants in its homeland, this gourmet coffee is exclusively imported by Amante for our customers. Our Beans
We’re very proud of our beans. Amante is the exclusive importer of DiCaf S.P.A. in the United States. From his home base in Bra, Italy, Federico Ghigo is a third-generation coffee roaster creating blends and roasts that will taste very familiar if you have ever been to Northern Italy. If you have ever been disappointed with the coffee you get in the United States because it does not live up to the expectations you had from your trip to Italy, you owe it to yourself to try our coffee.
